We have been informed that everyone in BYE MUST be registered with bergenPAC PAS using their online portal. If you have done already done so, please do this IMMEDIATELY. BYE has been informed by the Directors at bergenPAC PAS that members who have not completed this registration will not be permitted to access the building for performances, lessons or rehearsals. You may have already paid your membership fee (thank you) but ... you must ALSO register.

If you are unsure if you are registered or not, fill out their online form anyway or call the front desk (201) 482-8194 to see if you are registered.
A few important notes regarding this process:

You must use a GMAIL address!!
If you don't have one, email BOTH

You will be asked for the following info:

Parent/Guardian info (emails, names, addresses, phone)
Emergency Contact info
Student date of birth
New or Returning Student
Student Age

In addition you will be asked about tetanus vaccine (not required) & ALLERGIES OF ANY TYPE (required)

When you get to the CLASSES section:
Check off Full Year registration (BYE does not go by semesters)

Skip the page that asks about Fall/Spring Musical etc ...

Skip the page that asks about Dance Classes!

On the MUSIC page please ONLY check off BYE 
(ignore the times they give - they're wrong).
Skip the page that speaks to Early Childhood

At this point you'll see the request for CREDIT CARD INFO. Be aware anytime you use a credit card at the school they will add a 4% processing fee. If you do not wish to pay using this method, email Mia and Becky for instructions on how to proceed. You can then "SUBMIT" the form.

If you are uncomfortable giving your credit card information because you've already paid or do not know the cost of what you're being charged - contact Mia and Becky for info on how to proceed. If you are local to the school, you can register at the front desk - it would have to be at the next rehearsal. They want EVERYONE registered NOW. They have told us everyone coming in needs to check at the front desk to make sure you're registered and if you're not they will register you there.
