Alumni Feature: Jenny Mollet
I am currently in the Broadway Revival of RAGTIME at Lincoln Center Theater as a Swing and u/s Sarah's Friend. Just before that I was in SIX on Broadway for about a year and a half as an Alternate covering Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, and Jane Seymour. I also had the opportunity to be in the workshop for CATS: The Jellicle Ball and even do it Off-Bway as Jellyllorum. Prior to SIX, I was doing a bunch of workshops/readings, regional, and other forms of collaborative art. From Summer of 2021-2022, I was on tour with the 50th Anniversary Tour of Jesus Christ Superstar as a Soul Singer/Ensemble and covering Mary Magdalene.
Ragtime is my 3rd Bway show. I was in the original production of The Color Purple as a child.

About College & Pre-College Training
I went to University of Cincinnati: College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) where I obtained my BFA in Musical Theater with a minor in Psychology. During my time at school, I made the most out of my experience and soaked up every moment. I knew I didn't want to do just theater so I took I dipped my hand in several cookie jars to become the well versed artist that I am today (such as choreographing/directing, recording music, modeling, doing short films, and also teaching fitness classes which, I am doing to this day).
BYE Memories …
One of the many things I am grateful for about BYE is the friends I've made. Many of them I am still friends with or in some sort of contact with to this day. It's so crazy to witness all of us growing up in front of one another.
A little advice from Jenny …
There are many things I would say to current BYE students and members but, I think the most important thing I have to say is always remember why you love what you do AND don't let anyone/anything dim your sparkle. You are your own unique, individual , with your own qualities and light in this world. It's what makes you, YOU!
